Right, but we cant straddle the fence here. Unless you yourself are auditing the Sney 10k, then in reality you have no true way to know if an auditor sees problems a mile long with their PRs and self generated filings , right? Unless that's what you are being "told", and we already know how believable the horses mouth of Sney is based on no published claims ever coming to fruition, not very much at all.
