How am I contradicting myself? When Musclepharm goes bankrupt it won't be good for anyone, but that's not going to stop it.

Musclepharm has made it clear they are not going to pay Capstone - that's why Capstone is suing them for the $65 million Musclepharm owes.

Capstone realizes Musclepharm is literally bankrupt now. They stand a much greater chance of getting something through the courts than hoping for honest business practices from Musclepharm.
