Thanks Sandridge for the clarification, details do matter but overall dilution has been the primary Modus operandi for this company since inception and it goes on. It is just SUNW management is very good at carefully selecting dates for disclosure, timing of dilution, places of disclosure, cheesy promos, dumpage.................everything somewhat suspicious and unhealthy is present here and that scared the life of mainstream retail when it finally became aparent. And that is what precisely caught up with them now. imo
