Yes, a PR was warranted to say they’d regained Amex compliance. It was the style of the PR—touting the lack of non-compliance as a big deal and using the PR as a venue for vacuous pumping—that I singled out for ridicule.

HEB is a total scam but it does have impressive staying power. It will be gone from the biotech scene in due course but it’s hard to say exactly when.
