LMNX acquires NSPH for $1.70/sh in cash—a 179% premium to NSPH’s closing price on 5/13/16 (the last trading day before LMNX’s original buyout offer of $1.35/sh):

The increase in the buyout price from $1.35 to $1.70 was triggered by a counter-offer from an undisclosed third party.
