Wonder what that might imply about the value of DEPO Gralise, currently selling around 80MM+ annually. Looks like its at least a 10 times multiple that Arbor paid for Horizant, which was doing 60MM top line? I have no idea where they valued the MS pipeline or how much cash they had. If DEPO Gralise is worth 800MM then DEPO is still potentially very cheap.
