if you look at the stuff they sell. Frozen Chinese items that are sold all over in Chinese grocery stores, and Dim sum is basically the same thing. It would be smart by any business owner to have a cafe of the items you sell already. Just like a Butcher having a sandwich shop.
Yes most likely the same company. Websites are too close not to be. Unless they hired the same guy to do them...
