Mr. Harris sir,
I have full confidence that you know what you are doing I just feel the release of the financials or the PR on the 10k will facilitate any necessary reduction in price volatility much faster than attempting to sue/respond to every form of fraud. I know it is also your good name at stake however. Just my humble opinion.
