The other thing that was briefly touched on by McGann on the CC yesterday that told me these guys will HAVE to sell was when the subject of margins and the apparent fierce pricing competition going on between IMSC and their competitors.

McGann said now that Morpho has been acquired by Smith's it's them against IMSC. Big pause....them against us.

So, today in their current situation how would IMSC even be able to stay in the game against the Smith/Morpho combination?

I think they realized when that deal got done they weren't viable as a stand alone Company anymore.
