Investors have been waiting awhile for every promise from PTOI.
This late 10q should be a walk in the park for the average down investors that still believe in this crap.

Looks as if we may be waiting for that Q for awhile:

The Company is seeking to file its Quarterly Report within the extension period provided under Rule 12b-25, however, due to the delay in the start of the auditor review, there can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in filing prior to the expiration of the extension period.
