QUESTIONS TO THE VPLM BOD

1.Are there any clauses in the original voip-pal / digi contract , similar to a minimum share % ownership for the largest shareholder which would revert/invalidate the contract should they be violated? CEO

2.Have they turned down any offers, either written or verbal, for any acquisition, licsening agreement and or settlement of either one of the three lawsuits?" CEO
