Hell, there's not even a carrot :o)

Unless this was it, from 3/8:
"Over the next few weeks, we will be sharing important information with you regarding the sales and marketing program that we intend to launch. Our efforts will include direct sales as well as a new partnership. To that end, we made the decision not to further extend our agreement with EcoNavigation as their firm has been unable to conclude processor sales via acceptable terms."

He's done no sharing.
My latest (just now) reading of the thing revealed something I hadn't noticed earlier and that reminds me of a prior gear switching gag that didn't fool anybody...this one shouldn't either.
It concerns the way "Our efforts will include direct sales as well as a new partnership" transitions into "To that end, we made the decision not to further extend our agreement with EcoNavigation".

So Dick would have us believe that the decision to shitcan EvoNav wasn't entirely due to their failure to conclude a sale but it was also because he has had a great new idea!...direct sales (who knows who will do that...the company doesn't have a sales force or even a sales person any more... http://www.plastic2oil.com/site/management)

It's a new version on the old switcheroo. Instead of acknowledging their own failure (think processing and selling fuel) they have discovered a BETTER WAY (think selling processors, as first announced in mid-2014...while simultaneously announcing that the existing processors had failed long before).

Does "direct sales as well as a new partnership" really qualify as a carrot? Anybody buying or holding shares based on that "news" deserves the return that they get....they'll have earned it.

Say what?
