nope i wont argue with you about serbs, I do not know the situation there. all i can argue with you is documented use of hospitals schhools ambulances aned mosques in iraq and in israel and in lebanon for military establishments by arabs

israeli civilians in their living rooms are not the same as sunni militiamen using rpg's from a mosque, or hamas plo using UN trucks and ambulances to carry men and bombs
