Yup, saw that. Current holdings zero.

Of course, he made a major investment the very next day into one of his medical stocks in virtually the same amount, while stepping up his purchases of his flagship Opko.

While it's hard to imagine him being hard-pressed for cash. The similarily in the amounts may be telling.
