jay14 this 1 of many reason Y VSL, Vedanti is fighting tooth n nail against Max Sound Corp to amend. She wants it back under her.

We have complete control. That is also, Y we went to Germany to go against the Big Giant there as well.

Prior to the dispute Vedanti was in agreement to enter the EU n set up the Germany Case.

All my recent posting deals with that FACT n Y Vedanti goes to great length to BLOCK MaxD litigation.

The KEY ticket is Vedanti Systems Limited. Ms. Nash is trying very hard to evade her self n Vedanti Systems Limited from VSL Communication n Max Sound Corp involvement.

Closing VSL Communication as I indicated b4 raised a red flag with the Preliminary AAA.

The present scheduled AAA Hearing is to prove the License Agreement n finalize it's meaning, hence Vedanti request the preliminary injunction against the hearing.
