Sometimes I regret this investment simply based on the comments made here...

I'd challenge anyone to find one OTC company who does not file with the SEC. End of story.

I work in public accounting on large public clients, so what do I know? Of course, my OTC knowledge doesn't exist, but my SEC knowledge makes it hard to believe a public company doesn't have a filing requirement. 10K or 10Q.
