Not really qualified to give an insightful opinion on the upcoming vote for the R/S... But am going for the jugular, as I was diluited out of a 10% stake in the company... If I can prove that they should have allowed for a shareholder vote before bringing the share total to 100 billion +.... Will rightfully become a major shareholder in the company once again.. May have to see multiple attorneys... But hey, whatever it takes.
