A newly formed dedicated FOB unit in 2Q16 is significant.

MNTA has been one of the leading thoughtful advocates to sane approaches to industry regulatory issues and approvals - now having a seat at the table in the formative stage of the new FOB unit is amazing.

IMO this event likely will dramatically and positively alter MNTA's portfolio prospects.
