bidrite, yes they said they were seeking a partner. But again you need TWO to partner and not having a partnership doesn't mean they A) didn't seek, B) didn't negotiate.

It just means no agreement on terms has been achieved. With AbbVie they were ready to sign and add two people to the BoD and after that the few dozen of collaborations came up.
