Dixie Exlixirs has no connection to MJNA

MJNA used to have a joint venture with Tripp Keber's Dixie, called Red Dice Holdings.

As usual, MJNA screwed up the deal by not performing to the contract, and so was sued by Dixie and the relationship broke up in the arbitration that followed.

Keber received all the THC brands, while MJNA got the much less lucrative CBD-only Dixie Botanicals line:
