so true.this will be trading north to a $200 Million imo.here whats coming,Commercialization agreement could hit anytime,even before NDA submission,imo,upgrades,and maybe a bid offering.

Per TA (updated by a member here) last month,float less than 1m. a/o March 20(per 20F) 48.6% ownership,represnted about 1.9m float for KTOV. i whould say very impressive for any company IPO'd last November.yes,insiders know their company. we all know whats Fair value for a company so close to NDA submission for a blockbaster drug.cpxx near 600m and ktov actually beats her on every parameter(sales prediction, ownership, balance sheet and S.S).vs 22m cap here.(both completed p3 and hit the market in h2 2017).
