Clearly not... this has no red flags anywhere. Neither has any of the last million PR's they released ESPECIALLY the PR that was about a PR release that was coming soon. And if you look at the PR its IRON CLAD, no ways to back out of what they said... they said they have an offer so they MUST have one and must get bought out... WE'RE ALL RICH... EVERYTHING IS TOTALY GRAND IN NERG LAND...
