myo2cents - you are good a tracking press releases. Jump in here and point out that Phil announced a management share purchase in January, reiterated it in Feb (or Mar) with a lie (the purchase was held up due to organization and legal reviews) adn again in May (with a new lie - Amex is somehow creating an issue which prevents them from purchasing).
