Tim~knew I should have read further lol ...but your board is worth plugging twice <g>
...know what you mean
seems to me that Cooper may be trying to take over the company (link only shows his direct holdings)
(c) In the past 60 days, Ms. Cooper has effected the following
purchases of shares of Common Stock through a broker:
DATE NUMBER OF SHARES PRICE PER SHARE
June 06, 2006 3,000 $2.15
June 06, 2006 11,000 $2.20
June 06, 2006 5,000 $2.25
June 07, 2006 7,500 $2.15
June 07, 2006 2,500 $2.05
ReNewable Products, LLC & Thompson Street Capital & James A. Cooper are on the retail/mfgr side of the business and the merger appears to be a done deal IMO leaving me with the question as to why Cooper would be a buyer 6 weeks ago @ $2.18 on average... that is ONE insider that should know what he is doing <bg>
Can understand your hesitance in taking a position here but the outlets carrying the product may signify a positive change underway? With this company being cautious is a good thing
best!
