Interesting thing is LOI was in late 2013 and it went thru in mid 2014 so they are issuing these shares 2 years after the fact. Remember before yesterday 30 day avg vol was less than $5 worth of shares. This has not been front loaded . Anyone can see that by looking at the last 2 years of volume .
