You totally get it, the additional shares are good for the company; especially a growing company that will invest that money toward it's growth and make even more revenue. But too bad that is not the case here where the additional shares are issued to continue to pay for it's losing balance sheet despite years of failing to make any significant revenues that support other than present management, new staff, their family members, and the more payroll the worse the balance sheet.
Everyone on here is "what's good for the company", but for the other thousands of shareholders it's harder to say that: What's good for the company is "good for the shareholder".
This is a traders bit@# stock now, not for long hold.
BTW doubtful will become the industry standard without the enormous legal staff they don't have when others use amazingly similar technology and bluff anyone at the patent office or district courts.
BTW I actually really don't care if he is a nice guy or how many people from the Dow 30 he knows, etc, this might have been a private company paying it's own way, so Q what is the purpose therefore of having any shareholders to share all this awesome wealth with?
One more point everyone here keeps talking about Sigma Labs as a proxy for the entire industry, which is ridiculous of course.
I post here to warn new people to consider the management, the fundamentals, and the balance sheet of the ticker, also to consider the purpose of doubling a/s, and of course the recent 100:1 r/s before buying.
OK, GL
