You weren't around, but the CEO , John Hwang , FILED the 10Q before the Reverse Split

with numbers as if the R/S had happened BEFORE he filed , whereas

the R/S happened SEVERAL ( 2 to 3 ) months later = AFTER he filed

while MMs kept dumping and dumping shares ALLLL the way down to .0001

and the dumpage continues

with VNDM and BMAK sitting on the post R/S .0003 like vultures
