That's it! I think you solved it for them! Next time, if there is a next time, all they have to do is prerecord the conference call until they get it perfect, without all the verbal pauses (the uhms), until they get it perfect.

This way, they can study it for days until they have it perfect and leave no stone unturned. All they have to do from there is press play during the CC...no one would ever know that it was prerecorded and just think that it's a live CC.
