For all we know, because of the low volume and the high O/S, DNA could file for a R/S tomorrow.

If they were not counting on more fund raising before production, we may be safe.

If they were counting on more fund raising AND manage to pump the ticker, we could be safe.

If they were counting on more find raising OR if this is a scam and they don't want to bother with more attempts to pump, they will just pull a R/S and we are all screwed.

No telling for sure which way things will go until it happens.
