IBRC is a share selling scam and nothing else.

If you complain here about the ceo and not in the other stock, i cannot take you serious.

You complained about ceo of ICNV diluted your holding because he reissued 27m shares.
He issued these shares before you bought and you are not a shareholder and he cannot sell these shares because shares are restricted.

IBRC diluted 12b shares after many reverse splits and you have no problem with it?

It makes sense. This IBRC is worthless and will stay worthless.
And i would not be surprised if the next reverse split is close.
