I don't know about the 27th, I actually joined so I could post a question about strikeforce and I read the boards on stocks I'm in, or thinking about buying.

What I was trying to say is that if you are looking at volume, it could be the same shares sold over and over again. Not everyone sits on their shares. They might buy them, then sell them for a profit, sell them to get out because they get spooked, or changed their mind. Regardless, each time they buy, someone's selling it to them, or if they are selling, someone's buying. Each time that happens, that number of shares gets counted in the volume. If a company had a total of a million shares, but they were bought and sold ten times that day, their volume would be 10 mil, even though
there is only 1 million shares in existence.
