I hope you are not wasting your time on this one.

Know it very well. Not worth the time other than if they can somehow unload the Titanic assets for anything at all for which you'd have plenty of time to own a few. Unfortunately a sale comes with a myriad of gov't and legal red tape for any future owner which diminishes the potential.
