Before the next reverse split or after? Seems to be a trend typically the pps goes up after reverse split then down to same pps once those shares have been diluted.

Rinse. Repeat.

Shareholders never benefit and never will.

Bad thing is any good news or catslysts are more reason for more dilution.

Someone tell me I'm incorrect?
