I think the two companies should be a good fit.

It demonstrates that MNTA can sell its approach to big pharma.

Novartis moved its R&D to Cambridge, MA. Where is Sandoz based? Yes, I know they're part of NVS, but I don't know off-hand where their operations are centered.
