V-Bob, that's my point, they reset the Bug-uns at Yearly low levels so as to Off-Set any discount waves in the other sectors, sorta like using a equalizer and adjusting the sliders(sectors) to accommodate said UP intentions??

That said, so Oil has a discount wave, it does NOT mean stocks associated with said Oil have to discount in direct proportion??

Summary, dem Bass-Turds gonna use dem sliders on dat dare Equalizer and Jam dis-puppy UP for a few months to distribute all dem shares they bought from da-Fools selling during the Panic-Discount-Wave in January??
