I believe so. Others on the board have done excellent DD practically confirming the merger, I've emailed the IR department not too long ago asking about business development and any upcoming press releases. Although vague, this is what she said which seems promising.

"Hello xxxxx:

You are included in our list and will be advised via press release as to the developments. I have no news to tell you here except press releases will be disseminated in the near future.

If you go back a week or two of posts I remember there being something regarding a general time frame of announcements, stating within 6 weeks the company should be releasing updates. I'm Staying hopeful
