ELTP, like other otc scams, rely upon some revenues which get penny investors all starry eyed.... Even though ELTP loses millions and millions each year is immaterial

All these board changes, management changes and promises of new product approvals is the smoke screen because they can play this card til the cows come home and keep dumping shares endlessly
