This is actually a very positive update and shows that BLDV cares about transparency with their shareholders by ungagging their Transfer Agent (TA). Even more important to note is the fact that 3,750,585,689 shares of BLDV are still in cert form which means that although they are classified as Free Trading shares, they are not a part of the Float. This means that the actual Float shares available for the public to purchase is 800,363,289 shares in the Float as derived from below:

It has been brought to our attention by shareholders that our Stock Transfer Agent has not been responding to shareholder request related to the company’s current Share Structure.

Blue Diamond has requested that Island Stock Transfer (727.289-0010) begin releasing this information upon request.
