Mrs. Wallace and her son seem to have the same problem of contradicting themselves.

And spencer has told the DE court Mrs. Wallace owns the shares, but tells a GA court she is not the legal owner. And posts a message saying she is not the owner and her certs are worthless.

The DE judge has already asked Don if spencer will confirm her ownership and Don told the judge he refuses. The judge will tell Don that she cannot compel Mrs. Wallace to mark the judgment. But all spencer has to do if he wants that is to confirm her ownership. It's all up to spencer. It's unbelievable that spencer is wasting limited corporate resources on this.

The value of the shares is not an issue before this court. The only issue is whether Mrs. Wallace must mark the judgment. On that issue, spencer is the only one to have contradicted himself. He told the GA court and the public that he perjured himself in the DE court.
