If you read back to some of my posts, (Sullivan divorce agreement), you will see, winning is not collecting ( much to the dismay of Sullivan's wife, after 3 judgments against him). So, even though Sullivan may win a judgment, collecting on it may be a problem. There will be appeals, a change of venue request (?) and trying to seize assets from a foreign company, that adds to Brazil's economy. Do you think the government of Brazil will just watch another business go down, by allowing forfeiture of Rontan assets?

So many complicating factors. That is if GDSI can even win. And obviously, the Bolzan brothers and their lawyers feel they have a legal argument. They certainly would not gamble "a bird in hand" if they did not think so.
