No. The so-called "deal" (no any real deal yet) or plan is expected to be closed by the end of September (end of the third quarter)! They might not be able to find any deal at all since the CEO is very stupid and clueless to the stock market... CBYL will once again test its 52-week low $0.52 before it could bounce up significantly! The CEO is just a piece of crap and has wasted a lots of cash to serve only for his own fat salary and benifits etc. toxic payments to steal as much moeny as possible from the company and its shareholders!
