Source please. West Texas has a warm semi-arid climate. It is dry, has always been dry, and will likely stay dry. That being said, lake water levels are not really exceptionally low compared to historic levels. Again, I live in the area, and it's not on local residents minds. It's no longer the dominate news story.

I'll go ahead and throw out some analyst projections just because we have nothing else to look at.

Water Revenue - Decrease ~80% QoQ.
Oil and Gas - Decrease ~15% QoQ
Net Loss for 4Q15 ~(2.8MM)

Anyone else want to take a stab at it?
