I agree completely. At a minimum, giving them the complete benefit of the doubt, the have been naive to think they beat BP and a corrupt FDA (even if all they do is protect BPs via an outdated process) with their limited resources. Moving everything along with only one phIII at a time is a losing strategy as BP only has to find a way to stop one trial at a time (whether by sabotage, control arms that get lucky over an over, etc).
