If only you understood why this is a positive for a venture capital company at this stage to uplist to NASDAQ and better access to capital.

The R/S will take place when needed to qualify for NASDAQ in about a year.

Not your normal marijuana "penny"... it's making progress.

Thankfully it's a 5 bagger for me... too bad for those who don't take good advice...
