I'll put it this way ...
I don't want to read any book that goes on a political rant, as I would suspect the author of being more creepy than the group he writes about.
If the author wanted to impact the way things are done, he should have applied his resources toward either running for public office himself or supporting someone he approves of, rather than writing a book about those who have obtained those offices.
That being said, doing an internet search for the book produces a lot of phrases about the 14th amendment; and more interestingly, the book appears to be available only from creepy websites. Homey don't download anything from a creepy website, as it usually coincides with at least a sudden increase in spam email (much of which is populated by trash and malware).
Now, having read a number of paragraphs of said book on the web, I find that author to be quite a few bricks short of a full load in addition to being a little too full of hatred. He also doesn't have a clue how a modern financial system operates.
