Well, I agree with you on this statement:

But don't you wonder why CVSU's bid to go public was denied? I mean, we're talking pink sheets here, the absolute bottom of the barrell, not the NYSE. It is very hard NOT to qualify for a pink sheet listing. Yet you're telling me that this company that can't get listed on the pink sheets, that gave away at least 50% (and maybe a whole lot more) of the company to merge into a bulletin board shell) is worth billions or even tens of billions?
