Think about this, this stock is trash.

The dividend is worthless, your getting shares of a company that is worthless. Shares you can not sell for six months.

Even with giving a dividend it's going down before the dividend is being payed. If it's going down before the dividend, what do you suppose it's going to do after that dividend?

They will do a reverse split and it's going to have to be a massive one at that. The dividend is going to double the amount of shares. DOUBLE the amount of shares. How in the world can this be being done to prevent further stock dilution, it makes no sense.
