Why would they raise the A/S to 6B from 5B when float is only at 669.7M & O/S at 817.9M and supposidely intending to uplist to Nasdaq or NY stock exchage with stock trading in subbies or even pennies? Beats me!!! Any explanations? Thanks! $$$DCAC
