I'm not sure why my last post was deleted, but I'll reword it in case it was insulting or something.... Obama has no legal say over the conservatorship or any amendments made. Congress made those decisions. Obama can only ask...that's not a crime. His birthplace is irrelevant to whether a crime was committed with regards to the GSEs.
