She gave me an answer I was kind of expecting. Worst case would be no answer at all or a "we can't comment". I was hoping for 2 things:
a) she tells me that something would be announced soon,
b) it would put the spotlight on the situation.

She pretty much said not to worry about the information not being available on the Shire Trials site.

I think stuff is being worked out behind the scenes, I just wonder if they will get the green light by executives as quickly as we would like.

I think it was interesting that the stock gapped up to .10 to start the day. Usually when that happens during a "normal" trading day, I expect an end of day dump. Next day or two may tell which direction this is heading.
